Where is your phone number?
For tracking and security purposes we do not accept orders by telephone. However, when you place an order we will immediately send you an order confirmation via e-mail. In this e-mail we will provide you with our toll free Customer Service phone number should you need to contact us for any reason. If you have any questions that are not answered on our website please feel free to contact us through our Contact Form.

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver flowers, funeral flowers, plants, dish gardens, balloons and balloon bouquets to every city in the United States with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.

How much is your delivery fee?
Our delivery fee is $9.95.

How soon can my order be delivered? What’s your delivery policy?
Orders for flowers, funeral flowers, plants, dish gardens, balloons and balloon bouquets are available for same day delivery Monday through Friday if ordered by 12:00pm in the recipient’s time zone. Orders for flowers, funeral flowers, plants, dish gardens, fruit baskets, balloons and balloon bouquets are available for same day delivery on Saturdays if ordered by 11:00am in the recipient’s time zone.

Can I have my order delivered on a specific date?
On our order form you will see a place to request a specific delivery date for your order. You may specify any delivery date you wish, as long as the date you specify is not a Sunday or Holiday.

Can I have my order delivered at a specific time?
Timed deliveries can be requested but are not guaranteed. Examples of timed deliveries are before 12:00pm, after 3:30pm, or at 5:00pm. Florists have to make deliveries when they most efficiently fit into their delivery routes. Florists will try to honor timed deliveries but can not guarantee the exact time. As a general rule of thumb, deliveries going to a business will be made by 3 or 4pm at the latest and residential deliveries will be made by 6pm at the latest.

Can I have latex balloons delivered to a hospital?

No, latex balloons can not be delivered to hospitals.  Hospitals, with few exceptions, allow latex balloons since they deflate within a day or two and frequently cause tripping hazards for patients and staff.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you would like to inquire about the status of an existing order, please fill out our Contact Form and we will check the status of your order and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that some inquiries cannot be researched and answered until we make contact with the delivering florist during their hours of operation.

What do I need to do if I need to make a change to my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, such as the message on the gift card or the delivery date, simply fill out our Contact Form with your change request and we will make the appropriate changes to your order. Please note that if your order is already in transit to the recipient we will not be able to make any changes to your order.

What do I need to do if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason simply fill out our Contact Form with your cancellation request and we will check your order to see if it can be cancelled. If your order is able to be cancelled we will cancel your order and notify you by email. Please note that orders that are already made or are out for delivery are not able to be cancelled.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We are glad to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche and JCB as payment for your order.

How can I be sure you have received my order?
When you submit an order on our site you will receive an order number. Your order number is confirmation that your order has been submitted correctly and that we have received your order. In addition to your order number we will also e-mail you a copy of your order for your records if you have provided your e-mail address during the ordering process. This ensures to you that we have received your order correctly and will process your order in accordance with your instructions and our Delivery Policy.

I’m a little uneasy about ordering online. Can I place my order by phone?
We have taken every precaution to provide our Customers with a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. Utilizing the best technology available today we have created a shopping environment that ensures total privacy and 100% secure transactions. For tracking and security purposes we do not accept orders by phone. However, once you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will contain our Customer Service phone number should you need to contact us.

I'm not sure of the delivery address, is this a problem?
This can be a major problem. If we are given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address the delivery of your order may be delayed or may even lead to your order being delivered to the wrong address. It is very important for your delivery address to be complete and accurate, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, floor numbers, etc. If you provide us with the wrong address, which leads to your order having to be re-delivered, we will need to charge you for a second delivery fee.

Can I have my order delivered to a post office box?
Deliveries can not be made to a post office box. We must have a physical street address in order to make a delivery.

Why do you require so much information from me when I place an order?
When you place an order we require certain specific information that is necessary to process your order. All of the information we collect is used during certain points of our order processing chain. Without this information we can not properly process your order. For example, during the credit card processing we use your zip code to verify your billing address. This is for your protection to make sure no unauthorized charges are being made to your credit card. It is very important for you to provide us with complete and accurate information during the ordering process. Providing us with false or incorrect information will only lead to delays in your order or possible cancellation.

What do you do with the information you collect? Is my information safe?
Any information you provide during the order taking process is 100% safe. We only use the information you provide on your order to process your order quickly and efficiently. This information is solely used with regards to your particular order. This information is never sold, given, rented, or in any other manner provided to any third party regardless of intended use. We do not maintain any type of mailing lists or phone lists whatsoever. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information regarding security and privacy concerns.

I placed an order and my order was not delivered, what should I do?
What if part of my order was not delivered?

There are many possible reasons why your order may not have been delivered. These reasons may include wrong delivery address given on an order, recipients were not home at the time of the delivery, the delivery was signed for by a receptionist or security and not given to recipient, etc. If you have placed an order and your order has not been delivered please allow us the opportunity to investigate and determine what happened. Rest assured we will find out exactly what went wrong and respond to you as quick as possible. Please fill out our Contact Form to initiate an investigation of your non-delivery.

In the rare event that part of your order was missing or you received the wrong order altogether it may be due to an oversight on the part of the filling Florist. Rest assured that if part of your order happens to be overlooked it was not an intentional act, but rather a simple mistake. We will certainly correct the situation to your satisfaction. Please fill out our Contact Form to initiate an investigation of your incorrect order.

Do you deliver on Saturdays? How about Sundays? Holidays?
Saturday deliveries are available for
flowers, funeral flowers, plants, dish gardens, fruit baskets, balloons and balloon bouquets if you place your order by 11:00am in the recipient’s time zone on the Saturday which you are requesting delivery. Delivery is not available on Sundays or on National Holidays.

How long can I expect my flowers/balloons to last?
The expected life of flowers can vary widely based on the type of flower and how they are cared for. Flowers such as Daisies, Carnations and Alstroemeria have a longer shelf life than more sensitive flowers such as Iris and Roses. We offer a 48 hour guarantee on our flowers. If you notice any flowers that are starting to wilt within the first 48 hours or the arrangement doesn’t seem as fresh as it should be please let us know immediately. We will contact the Florist that made and delivered the arrangement and they will take a look at the arrangement and decide if any flowers or the entire arrangement needs to be replaced.

Balloon life varies based on the type of balloon. Mylar balloons can last up to 2 weeks. Latex balloons typically last only 12-24 hours.

Do you offer any gifts not pictured on your web site?
We only offer what is pictured on our web site. These gifts have been picked specifically because of their availability throughout the United States.

Can I customize a gift?
We do not specialize in custom gifts. We only offer the gifts pictured on our web site.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is handled on a case by case basis. We take the utmost care and caution to only provide top quality products, so almost all quality issues are resolved prior to delivery. In the rare event you are not satisfied with the quality or the freshness of our products please let us know within 48 hours of the delivery. After 48 hours it is very difficult for us to determine if the quality of the product was compromised prior to the delivery or if the quality was compromised after the delivery due to neglect or improper care. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to resolve any quality issues to your satisfaction. The resolution may include a replacement and/or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please note that latex balloons typically last only 12-24 hours. This is normal as latex is a porous material and can not hold helium for any more than 12-24 hours. Depending on local conditions, such as temperature and humidity, some latex balloons will only last 8-12 hours. This is also normal behavior for latex balloons. We will not be able to consider any type of replacement or refund for latex balloons unless they last for under 8 hours.
